Saint-Barthélemy Visa & Tax Information

Saint-Barthélemy is a French overseas collectivity in the Lesser Antilles with Gustavia as its capital, known for Shell Beach and Colombier Beach. Nomad Register does not currently list a dedicated digital nomad visa for Saint-Barthélemy, and tax residency generally starts after 183 days in a tax year. The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) does not currently advise against travel to Saint-Barthélemy.
