Falkland Islands is a British Overseas Territory in southern South America with Stanley as its capital, known for penguin colonies and rugged coastlines. Nomad Register does not currently list a dedicated digital nomad visa for Falkland Islands, and tax residency generally starts after 183 days in a calendar year. The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) does not currently advise against travel to Falkland Islands.
