Libya Visa & Tax Information

Libya is a country in North Africa with Tripoli as its capital, known for the Roman ruins of Leptis Magna and the old town of Ghadames. Nomad Register does not currently list a dedicated digital nomad visa for Libya, and tax residency generally starts after 183 days in a calendar year. The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises against all travel to parts of Libya and all but essential travel to other parts.
