French Saint-Martin Visa & Tax Information

French Saint-Martin is a French overseas collectivity in the Leeward Islands with Marigot as its capital, known for Orient Bay beach and Grand Case cuisine. Nomad Register does not currently list a dedicated digital nomad visa for French Saint-Martin, and tax residency generally starts after 183 days in a calendar year. The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) does not currently advise against travel to French Saint-Martin.
