Myanmar Visa & Tax Information

Myanmar is a country in South East Asia with Naypyidaw as its capital, known for Bagan's temples, Shwedagon Pagoda and Inle Lake. Nomad Register does not currently list a dedicated digital nomad visa for Myanmar, and tax residency generally starts after 183 days in a tax year. The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises against all travel to parts of Myanmar and all but essential travel to other parts.
