Portugal Visa & Tax Information

Portugal is a country in southwestern Europe with Lisbon as its capital, known for azulejo tiles, fado music and pastéis de nata. Portugal offers a dedicated digital nomad visa for remote workers, and tax residency generally starts after 183 days in a calendar year. The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) does not currently advise against travel to Portugal.
