Turkmenistan Visa & Tax Information

Turkmenistan is a country in Central Asia with Ashgabat as its capital, known for the Darvaza gas crater, ancient Merv and Turkmen carpets. Nomad Register does not currently list a dedicated digital nomad visa for Turkmenistan, and tax residency generally starts after 183 days in a calendar year. The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) does not currently advise against travel to Turkmenistan.
