The British Virgin Islands are a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean with Road Town as its capital, known for sailing, The Baths on Virgin Gorda and white sand beaches. Nomad Register does not currently list a dedicated digital nomad visa for British Virgin Islands, and tax residency generally starts after 183 days in a tax year. The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) does not currently advise against travel to British Virgin Islands.
